Shipping protection is only valid under the following conditions:

- Shipping Protection was selected and paid for at checkout

- The customer did not request a Signature Release from the carrier


Balardi is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages if these conditions are not met.
If the customer did not purchase Shipping Protection, we are unable to file a claim with the carrier on their behalf.


Refund Process

Refunds apply to the subtotal of the order only and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note: If a shipping-related issue is reported, the refund process may take up to 40 business days, depending on the carrier’s investigation timeline.


Important Deadline

You have 10 days from the delivery date to report any missing shipments.
After 10 days, the shipping protection expires, and we will no longer be able to open a claim or issue a refund.
