Refused or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned because you refused delivery, did not pay import charges, asked us to return it before delivery, were unavailable, were out of the country, or for any other reason outside our control, the following applies:


1) We will try to recall the parcel.
We will make our best effort to request a return with the carrier. A return is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier and local customs.

2) If the return succeeds:

* The parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.
* You will be charged a fixed fee of $120 plus any Italian customs duties and import charges billed on the return.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
* After the parcel is received and checked in our warehouse, a partial refund will be processed within up to 14 business days

3) If the return is not possible:

* The carrier may abandon or destroy the parcel under local regulations.
* In this case, no refund is due.

4) Customer responsibility:
Once we ship your order, responsibility for receiving the parcel and paying any required duties and taxes is the customer’s. Failure to do so can prevent a successful return and refund.
