How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long. You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status. *Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 
Shipping Insurance Policy
Shipping protection is only valid under the following conditions: - Shipping Protection was selected and paid for at checkout- The customer did not request a Signature Release from the carrier Balardi is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages if these conditions are not met. If the customer did not purchase Shipping Protection, we are unable to file a claim with the carrier on their behalf.Refund Process Refunds apply to the subtotal of the order only and will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note: If a shipping-related issue is reported, the refund process may take up to 40 business days, depending on the carrier’s investigation timeline.Important Deadline You have 10 days from the delivery date to report any missing shipments. My order never delivered, what do I do?
Oh no! Hopefully, this doesn’t happen, but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together! If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours! If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it has never been updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. If there is no conclusion after two weeks, please let us know, and we will look into replacing or crediting you for your order. If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.In case the order is lost, stolen, or damaged please refer to our shipping protection article, here.
Refused or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned because you refused delivery, did not pay import charges, asked us to return it before delivery, were unavailable, were out of the country, or for any other reason outside our control, the following applies:1) We will try to recall the parcel.We will make our best effort to request a return with the carrier. A return is not guaranteed and depends on the carrier and local customs.2) If the return succeeds:* The parcel will be sent back to our warehouse.* You will be charged a fixed fee of $120 plus any Italian customs duties and import charges billed on the return.* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.* After the parcel is received and checked in our warehouse, a partial refund will be processed within up to 14 business days3) If the return is not possible:* The carrier may abandon or destroy the parcel under local regulations.* In this case, no refund is due.4) Customer responsibility:Once we ship your order, responsibility for receiving the parcel and paying any required duties and taxes is the customer’s. Failure to do so can prevent a successful return and refund.
