Every item we sell on Balardi is 100% authentic as we're an authorized online reseller for all the designers we carry.

All the items are only brand new and original, we guarantee that our customers will receive only items that passed our quality test.

What Size Should I Choose?

All products on Balardi follow the international sizing scheme set by the designer. To help you convert your size, you can view our Size guide on the product page.

How Do I Know If An Item Is In Stock?

If an item is available to purchase, you will be able to select your size and add it to your Shopping Bag.

Products on Balardi are snapped up quickly and can still be bought by another customer even if the item is in your Shopping Bag. 

If you've found a piece you love, we'd recommend placing your order promptly so you don't miss out.

How Do I Change My Personal Information?

To amend your details, simply 'Sign In' to your account at Balardi and edit your personal information.

To change your shipping address go to the section "Delivery address" and change.

Is My Personal Information Kept Private?

When you register at Balardi, we need to know your name, mailing address and email address. To process your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

Only you or a Customer Care member (with your permission) may access your personal data from the website to help you place an order or update your account.

Please note, we may contact you about our fabulous new products and services via email.

When Will My Order Be Delivered And How Do I Track It?

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is placed and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

Once your purchases are on their way to you, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track it.

Where do our products ship from?

All the products ship from our warehouse that located in Sweden - Europe.

The products ship directly from the warehouse to the customer's address.

What is our payment method?

The payment method is by PayPal. 

PayPal is a very popular and secure payment method, it's safe and gives you insurance for your money.

What is the return Policy?

We do accept returns within 14 days from delivery. 

If the customer wants to return the order for a change of mind or because the customer chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for return shipment. 

If he/she wants to return the order because we have sent the wrong size/product or because the product is damaged, we will pay for return shipment and no restocking fee will be charged.
