Filson "Original Briefcase" travel bag, constructed of 2-strand by 3-strand waxed Rugged Twill, combined with structural details in vegetable-tanned Bridle Leather by heat-working. The rectangular silhouette maintains a rigid structure due to the double-layered base and bound interior seams. The handles and shoulder strap are burnished leather, worked with rounded edges and sewn with cotton-wrapped polyester thread for added strength. The closure system includes a solid brass zipper, reinforced on both sides by leather inserts and sand-cast components.
